Wild Things Floral and Gift is founded by husband and wife duo Ryan and Kelsi Korhuniak. Kelsi got her start in florals when she designed for her brothers wedding in 2012. Soon after she was quickly asked to do floral design for a friends wedding. Then she was being contacted by friends of the brides who attended weddings and the ball just kept rolling from there.
Kelsi’s floral design is driven by her love of nature, gardening, and the outdoors. She loves to incorporate texture and foraged materials into her designs. Seasonality also plays an important role in selecting her florals. With each arrangement she invites you to embrace the shifts in nature as the wheel of the year turns and to connect with your wild side.
Spring 2022
Ryan and Kelsi moved to Chester in February 2022. Ryan was born and raised in Chester and it is where they decided to settle down and raise their daughter, Evie. Ryan had his eye on a quirky building in town that he has always loved. With a little encouragement he persuaded Kelsi to take the leap and follow her dreams of opening up her own floral and gift shop. In May 2022 they acquired the building and started the hard work of making this already one of a kind building even more special.
